This is an original reduction linocut print inspired by the view from the Pembrokeshire coastal path. I was inspired by the contrast of the stormy sky with the solidity of the craggy coastline.
The lino is reduced through carving into the artists' lino, removing one colour layer at a time. It is printed on HoSho Japanese Paper using safe wash Cranfield relief inks and all prints vary slightly because they are printed by hand.
Each print is signed and edition on the front and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
The print is made using archival paper and inks but it is important to display out of direct sunlight and it should ideally be framed behind protective UV glass.
The print comes unmounted in a plastic protective sleeve.
